Default No Spark

I have an old battery and it was stone cold today, I tried to charge it, it doesnt hold a charge so I tried to start the car with the charger connected. now i have to spark could this be from the old battery?? could i have cooked the ECM?? any suggestions.

Can't understand what you are trying to say. If you have a bad battery, then replace it, THEN try starting it. Well designed battery chargers that have a start position shouldn't harm the ECM. Also, the ECM is fused and has internal circuits to protect itself from overvoltage although there is a limit to their protect circuits.

I had spark before I tried to jump the fuel pump relay, and there was a spark. Now I have no spark. Would an old battery cause me to have no spark because its to weak.

There is power at the cap but not at the plugs. Make sense.

Yes. If the battery is dead then you will have a hard time getting spark. Since it is dead go ahead and replace. You will need a battery even if it is something else and we can do more testing once that is done.

I jumped the fuel pump relay, saw a spark with the ALDL. After that I have no spark.
