Although it's hard to tell the peak HP numbers, they look weak for your mods. The first two runs look like weak stock numbers. Who ported the heads/intake?

Yeah, that looks like a Lingenfelter ad. Maybe the dyno was just conservative. How's the car run?

It looks like you gained ~70 hp, should run pretty well. Is the car a stick or auto?

That shop still has some work to finish. Did they get your permission to change out to different parts?

Screw that, I'd charge the whole thing back. No excuse for them installing other components from what you agreed upon. BTW...list the name of the shop so others can avoid a ripoff.

This is the main reason why I did my own cam swap. I just read another similar horror story over on LS1LT1.com. The guy found a ****ing rag left in his intake after the install. Wish I still had the pic but I think he removed it.

What brand and size TB? Some of the early Accel units were recalled due to a liability issue around sticking throttle issues. I have had issues with the AS&M units, but once the throttle blades are properly aligned (performed by AS&M at no cost ), it was no longer an issue.

More details please.

What is the part number Professional Products TB did he use.

I've used a couple of those PP TB's and the throttle cable cam is the nicest/simplest to set up and make work correctly of any of them (except stock) IMO.

Maybe he put the wrong cable cam on it or flat used the wrong TB.

Let's see a pic of which throttle cam he has on it. Should be the smaller of the 2 supplied.
