Had problems with 91 coupe, L98 discussed on previous threads. Basically, engine turned over fine, but wouldn't start. This was after a code 46 (PASS-Key circuit). and replacing the fuel pump.
On a whim, sprayed starting fluid while turning over. Car started! Shut off,,,try to start. No start. Spray and started again. Repeated and drove. Drives fine (maybe a little slugish) same results after driving.
Still won't staart unless sprayed.\
Any ideas?

Check fuel pressure with a gauge connected to the fuel rail and turning the key on but not starting. Should be 42#. If it starts with spraying the engine vacuum is drawing the fuel though the injectors, hence the sluggish performance.
Haven't been hear for awhile, so I didn't read your other thread, just have to ask, how old is the fuel filter/fuel pump? But it certainly sounds like a fuel delivery problem.
The fuel pressure is the first thing to check if that is ok 38 lb or better at the rail, then ohm your injectors see what the resistant is, should all be 16 ohms, then use a node light to see if they are working and you are getting a pluse from the ECM.
