Default Lt4 catalytic convertor

OK, Just read over posts on cats for a LT4 96 Corvette. It seems they are different that the LT1's. I am not going (at this time) to install a high perf exhaust system on the car.... just need stock cats (since the right one is bad). Looking for direct replacements. Just a shot in the dark, I live in NC and if a local shop could fix me up, that would be cool. I would appreciate any help.

I have a 95 LT1 and a LT4. Both look the same to me. The difference is that the 95 does not have a 2nd O2 sensor after the cat on the driver's side.

For the passenger side (the long cat), you need one with two O2 sensors.

95 and 96 LH 25253077

95 and 96 RH 25153070

92 thru 94 LH 25129000

92 and 93 RH 25145454

I would guess that the only diffs are number and location of O2 bungs

I actually have two 96's, LT4 & LT1, both have 4 o2 sensors. Must be the new computer regulation for 1996.

It seems Magnaflow ads say for both engine codes (P & 5)
But Eastern's ad:
1992-1996: Base; 8Cyl 5.7L VIN "P";
1996-1996: Collector's Edition; 8Cyl 5.7L VIN "P";
1996-1996: Grand Sport; 8Cyl 5.7L VIN "P";

(no 5 code.... ???)
