Hi guys, I'm baaaack. As some of you know the engine is proceeding somewhat slowly but progress has been made recently. (thanks to the former Mrs 86/96). And I have a small question: I recently purchased a set of Bosch Super plugs to fire up the engine while on the test stand and the counter clerk said he did not recommend them for GM applications . Anybody heard of problems with them and if so why?? I can't believe Bosch would make a shoddy product considering I used to live in Germany and know first hand how prideful they are. :seeya :smash:
I have them in mine. I replaced the factory platium AC plugs. To be honest I cant tell any difference in them. The next time I buy plugs I plan on getting the NGK, but unless a plug is mis-firing I cant imagine it making a big difference as long as the heat range is correct.
i have had bosch platium plugs in my vette for 6 years, no problems.i use them in all my cars and have never had a complaint. the bosch are some of the best plugs in the buiss. i have seen them in 900hp twin turbo porsches and i plan on installing the bosch platium +4 in my new engine.
