Knocking starting or accelerating ? KNOCK !

Hi i have no idea if this is what's called "knock" or what but my car has this sound,when i start it,or when i accelerate it sometimes,its not always there,but since i recorded a few video and i was able to capture it,i will ask you guys for help.-

I edited this video for you to hear it !
If its a bad thing (which i think it is) how can i get rid of it ?
If its head related (i dont think so) my heads are on their way out soon
but i would like to know what it is...might be a valve thing ?.-

It only happens when i start or when i press the pedal kind of hard.-

The "start up" just sounds like lifter tick to me....oil pressure issue?

not lifter,the valves are a little lose but hear the tick or knock

Sounds like valve or lifter clatter to me. Have you tried adjusting the valves?

Yes,but my valves lose its adjustment in a day or two
i think the stud threads are worn or something,i will get rid of those stupid heads
very soon,im not happy driving it like it is.-
Lifters are new,but im sure the valves lose its adjustment all the time
im tired of those heads!
