Need help with Headlight bushing Replacement!

Need help with Headlight bushing Replacement!
I just finish replacing my headlight bushing. I followed the direction that came with the bushing and the tech tip on this site. I thought I had did everything right, but I guess I did not. When I trun on the headlight switch, the headlight only open 1/4 of the way. Am I suppose to adjust something, Am I missing something. Please help guys.... :confused:

did you get something turned around backwards when you put back together??? Take a close look at the other one and match it up.... I had to look at mine the same way, to get it right, but I had not put mine on the car yet..... Did you try to help it along in any way when it is trying to open...very easy if you do, might just be bound up a little.... I don't know if this will help...wish I could give you better advise...One thought I will add is I would change both sides at the same time... I made the mistake and did not and a month later I was doing the other.... Just a thought..
