Default Throwing Codes

Hey everyone,

I recently purchased an OBD2 tool because my 96 LT1 (155k miles) has been stumbling on acceleration the last few days. I've researched several codes but thought I would get your opinion/suggestions about them. I'm guessing that fixing issues causing some of them may clear all of them. Here are the codes I get:
P0300
P0100
P0141
P0335
P0336
P0400

I have not checked the MAF or any air intake for debris yet...Will do that on the next day it doesn't rain...

This car is my daily driver and I've put 68k miles on it after 2 years (I have a 90 mile commute) and this is the first time I've run into any engine issues.

With that many codes, I would clear them and drive it a few days and see which ones come back.

I don't know what all the codes indicate, however my 96 LT4 was stumbling enough to set a code of an oxygen sensor a couple years ago. I knew I had not driven it much and did not fill the tank on the last drive. I thought it was moisture in the tank. I removed the tanks filler neck and took a peek into the tank. Could not see any pockets of water in the gas. The check engine light had actually gone out on its own. Filled the tank and still no check engine light and I do keep the tank full of fuel when it is not going to be driven.

Update:

After some research and a suggestion from a local vette owner, I replaced the EGR Valve this morning before heading to work. It seemed to run slightly smoother when cold, but after a few miles into my 90 mile commute, it started to stumble and ping when I hit the accelerator. Also, the SES light would blink. While using cruise control, i would only notice a small amount of missing and the SES light was steady on.

I got to work and did some more research and decided to do another visual check. I noticed when the engine was running an unusual amount of rocking on one of the plug wires...I turned the engine off and I can definitely tell that the spark plug is loose (#2 on pass side counting from FW forward in case that is helpful at all). I couldn't pull the plug wire because the manifold was pretty hot and I couldn't get a good grip. Gonna let the engine cool for a couple hours and try again..luckily I had the forethought of bringing my tools with me this morning...

p0100 - maf
p0141 - o2 heater circuit
p0300 - misfires detected (no surprise there)
p0335,6 - crank position sensor
p0400 - egr

The blinking ses light is probably the misfires. When you're on it and off it less (cruise) it's less noticeable and the knock sensors don't detect it.

The ones you need to figure out are the MAF, crank sensor, and EGR. The misfires will go away when you fix the other things. The o2 sensor you can deal with anytime.
