Polyurathane Bushings.
I treated myself to new bushings. When I put them in the rear, on one side of the car,and all seems well. However, I have one question. I replaced the bushings on the spindle support rod, and tightened it up. How hard should it be to move the support rod once tightened? It is possible to overtighten? Is there a way to hve the bushing installed improperly? I tightened the bolt fairly tight and i almost have to put most of my weight (185 lbs) at the end of the sppindle support rod to move it? Is this normal?

I am about to do this project myself. I read in another post that the metal sleeve that goes thru the bushing may be too long and need to be filed down. I would measure it against the old one.
