Windshield wiper delay function not working
My windshield wipers work fine except for the delay function. I put a new cap on and it didn't solve the problem. All the wiring from the switch meters out and I have battery on terminal 6 and ground on terminal 8. I spoke with another '84 vette owner who had the same problem and took it to a shop that fixed the problem but didn't know how they fixed it. I need help!
