Default vacuum lines

hello,

I have 2 vacuum lines and a sensor, can anybody tell me where should I connect them ? on the sensor only two line come in ? is it important ?

That is the EGR solenoid, it doesn't matter which goes where on the solenoid, as long as both are hooked up.

ok thanks, and where should I put the egr solenoid ? where is its place ? I can't leave it that way

Here is a copy of the vacuam lines on the early C4s. the picture you have is of the EGR solenoid. As you can see from my picture the tube on the right goes to the egr and the one on the left goes to the line going to the vacuam canister.The solenoid gets attached to the rear thermostate housing bolt...WW

It always amazes me how these cars have been bastardized over the years things misplaced, left loose, connected wrong, it’s a long list

just got this car, it was not even starting, now with everything in place the engine runs well... new filters, new injectors, new gaskets, new fuel pump, new transmision, new etc and the shipping from US to Romania is damn expensive

It is mounted to thermostat housing, using the existing bolts.

There "was" an ear the picked up the inside t-housing bolt.
Thereby making the access to said switch next to impossible
without dismantling the plenum.... (exaggeration)

Also check all those brittle plastic lines and if necessary replace with rubber hose.
