Default How much Vacuum should I have?

It looks like stock should be about 20 to 22 inches. My car is modified but 10 inches seems real low. I have an LT1 with Lloyd Elliot level 2 ported stock heads and 1.6 cam with supporting mods.

You did not provide enough information to get a good answer. What are the cam specifications and what is your idle speed and were your reading in park or in gear?

It is not unusual for modified engines to have 10" of vacuum. A stock engine will be 15" to 18" at idle in park.
