I just bought my 84 this past weekend. The car is beautiful but has been sitting for what I was told was 10 years. I have replaced all the norm from brakes, hoses just the normal stuff. I got the car to fire up and idle (horribly). The one injector is spraying beautifully while the other is not spraying at all. Before I tear apart and spend a lot of money that I don't need to just wanted some advice before I start since I am not familiar with the set up.

You need to start a new "post". This thread is to help HughH with his '84. It gets really confusing if two people are asking different questions on the same thread! There's lots of people willing to help, but we need to keep some order here!
Took it for a drive and it is better but still getting too much gas at low speeds. Not bogging down as much as it did but still not right. If I have the vacuum diagram I might just replace all the lines and (hopefully) rehook up the ones that are not going where they are supposed to go.
There is definitely a difference in the way the fuel is coming out the injectors. It originally came out in gushes and now it is more of a spray. I think it it is supposed to be more of a mist... but not sure. But I know it is getting too much gas by just the way it running and smells.
I have the service manual on PDF, but I can't find a vacuum diagram in it anywhere. It might not be complete.
do you or anyone else mind posting the service manual please?
I saw your earlier post about a 1988 C4. This 1984 Crossfire Corvette they are speaking about is "Light Years" different from your 1988 C4. I bought the manuals from Helms Publishing house for ~$90 for the 1988 model Corvette. The Factory Service Manual is customized to each year of production. In the 1988 Set you get two books, one is the primary mechanical book and the other is the "Electrical Supplement". I could not work on a 1988 Corvette very easily without a set of the Factory manuals handy.
If you search on EBAY you should find someone with a DVD with the manuals on them. I recently bought a DVD for my daughters Camaro as they wanted over $400 for her manuals in print.
I apologize if you happen to have a 1984 Corvette as well...
