Erratic Surgin at Idle
So my 94 vette is running a lot better now. But after warming up at times it randomly surges at idle, it will surge up to 1500 and then drop down to about 600. I am not sure what the issue is. It's random

surge is just about always a vacuum related. There is also a vacuum control module on the right side of the intake that can cause surging. I had one I finally chased down and it was a crack in the rubber elbow for PCV valve. Another time it was the vent hose for the opti. It had a hole rubbed in it from a pulley. You just about have to remove every hose and rubber fitting to find one sometimes.

My mileage at the time was 72000 miles on my 94 Corvette.
This was not the only problem that I had caused by the opti.
