Default Headlight adjustment

I've noticed that when my headlights are off and closed, they don't lay as flat with the contour of the hood as they could. Is there an adjustment screw or something to correct this? Thanks for any and all help.

Are they floppy.....have any dreaded "dust" near them under the hood.....do the motors continue to spin after they are closed.........might be the dreaded dead bushing syndrome!!!!!

The covers are easy to adjust. I drove mine for years before I found that out. Take off the cover thats under the hood when they are turned off. I think you have to open them manually to a point where you can access the mounting screws. Find the four screws for the outer cover and loosen them so you can move the cover around and then tighten them back up. Easier for me to do than describe.
