This morning I went to start my 93 LT1 Automatic and I get nothing. It doesn't turn over, no noise whatsoever. The voltage reads 12 and the lights come on, but when I turn the ignition the parking brake light comes on and thats it. It ran with no problems yesterday. Tried disconnecting/reconnecting battery, checked ignition fuses, still nothing. I'm not getting any error codes from the OBD either.
Sounds like a VATS issue. Usually you can restart after about 10 minutes. Try cleaning the pellet on your iggy key.
The brushes in my cylinder finally wore out a few years back so I wired in a resistor at the column base to work around that until the day comes when I have to tear the column apart.

Anyone got any suggestions?
Most likely its VATS. Let me type this for the 380th time!
First, unplug the gear selector switch at the base of the gear shift lever and jump the socket. There should be 12v on the jumper in crank position. If not, you can prove the starter is ok by connecting 12v to the jumper. Next, remove the kick panel above the drivers feet and find the two wires from above the steering column that go to a two pin connector and unplug. Insert ign key and measure the resistance across the 2 wires from the steering column. It should measure the same as the key pellet (within 4%). If not, then you have a worn ign lock and a new lock contains new contacts that make connection to the pellet. You can temporarily bypass VATS by connecting a resistor the same value as your pellet. You can use 1/4 watt resistors from Radio Shack but the value must be within 4% of your pellet. I believe that 93's, you cannot leave the resistor connected all the time like you can earlier C4's, you must disconnect the resistor after each start and reconnect it for the next start. I recommend you do not bypass VATS permanently because 99% of thefts are done by bashing the column and jumping the ignition. GET A NEW IGN LOCK INSTALLED.
