Default Electroni Throttle bodies...any ?

Any of you has used this Throttle bodies ?

58mm Electronic (Drive-by-Wire) TPI/LT1 Throttle Body
An EFI Connection 24x Component

What is it?
"Drive-by-Wire" for any Tuned Port Injection or LT1 type intake manifold. EFI Connection is the first to make possible and offer an electronic throttle body for the TPI and LT1 type intake manifolds. We are offering 52mm, 58mm, and Mono-Blade throttle bodies for use with the TPI/LT1 type intake manifolds. This auction includes a 58mm electronic throttle body. All other 24x components sold separately.

Practical Uses
Practical applications include...
Small engine bays that make routing a throttle cable very difficult.
Integrated cruise control (no extra cable, wiring, or modules).
Seamless cruise control (no vacuum lag like traditional systems).
Faster idle control for aggressive engines (tame that big camshaft).
Throttle cables disappeared in 2003. Modernize your TPI installation!

How is it Installed?
These electronic throttle bodies were designed to be used with existing GM electronics...
PCM - LS1/LS6 Corvette/Camaro/Firebird/Truck
Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module - LS1/LS6 Corvette or LS1/LS6 Cadillac CTS-V
Electronic Gas Pedal - LS1/LS6 Corvette or LS1/LS6 Cadillac CTS-V
24x Early Small Block or 24x LT1/LT4 Hardware Package from EFI Connection
Custom Engine Wiring Harness to Suit Your Build - Contact EFI Connection at 814-566-0946 for a quote.

What is "24x"?
The term "24x" represents the number of crankshaft pulses required by the LS1 PCM. The distinction between the early (Gen 3) and late (Gen 4) LS series engines is the crank pulse count, 24x (Gen 3) and 58x (Gen 4). EFI Connection has brought the 24x LS pulse count to the early Small-Block Chevy and LT1/LT4 engines with our crankshaft reluctor we designed in-house.

Free Gift!
We will include our throttle body ID plate with every purchase.

52mm and Mono-Blade Also Available
We are offering billet aluminum 52mm, 58mm, and Mono-Blade electronic throttle bodies for the TPI and LT1 engines! Please call us at 814-566-0946 for more details.

Let us help you plan your 24x Small-Block Chevy or LT1/LT4 conversion!
Please call us at 814-566-0946 to plan your 24x conversion!

Core Charge Required
Our electronic TPI/LT1 throttle bodies are made using equipment pulled from an LS1/LS6 Corvette throttle body. A core charge of $350.00 will be added to this throttle body purchase before the throttle body is shipped. If you return a used, working, and not broken, LS1/LS6 Corvette throttle body core, you will be refunded $150.00. If you return a brand new LS1/LS6 Corvette throttle body, you will be refunded $350.00. You can avoid the core charge if you send payment and a new/used LS1/LS6 Corvette throttle body before your new TPI/LT1 throttle body is shipped. Please call EFI Connection at 814-566-0946 with any questions.

No experience with it but it would be quite an expensive mod when you figure in:

- You'll need an LS tb core on top of the purchase price. Something few of us would have.

- It requires the LS PCM and 24x crank reluctor

- Considering the upgrade to the LS PCM and crank reluctor, I'd feel compelled to upgrade all the way to the full LS1 coil-per-cylinder setup.

That's a lot of $$ for what I'd see as minimal hp/performance gain.

It would be badazz cool though!
