Dreaded Railroad Tracks

I have a 94 coupe with a 6 speed, 108K. I'm experiencing the dreaded railroad tracks sound/slight vibration. When I'm cruising at 60 in 4th or 5th gear and accelerate to 70+ I get this noise like I'm driving over railroad ties. There is a slight vibration that goes with it. It sounds like it's coming from the rear area of the car. Anybody got any ideas?

First guess would be half shaft joints, second guess would be a wheel bearing.

Out of balance or out of round tires will do that.

I did all the U joints last year thinking that would cure the problem. Tires are good and balanced. I was thinking wheel bearings but wouldn't that be a growl?

My front right wheel bearing sounded like this when I turned the wheel to the left and loaded it with a turn. How old are your tires and how worn? I drove a rental car that had bad tires on one side and it was louder than a truck with super swampers and seemed like there were flat spots.

Tires were new 6 years ago, Goodeyear F1. I balance them every year.
