I just replaced the differential in my 93 with one from a 94 and now have a different ratio so my speedo is off. How or what do I need to do to recalibrate it?

You will need to know the ratio of the replacement gear set, it should be etched on the bottom of the pumpkin, or count drive shaft revolutions while you rotate the half shaft through one complete rotation to verify the previous owner did not change ratios before your purchase. Once you have the ratio, note your tire size and plug those numbers into this calculator to get part numbers for the correct speedo gears and sensor.
The gears are available from your local Chevy dealer or from forum vendors such as GM Parts Direct or GM Parts House. Replacing the driven gear and speed sensor requires removal of a single bolt, but you will regret not installing the drive gear while you had the rear end removed.
If required for your application the correct speed sensor for use with driven gears with 40 or more teeth is no longer available from the dealer. One source is item #X55XX in this link.
Another option is to carefully remove the hold down clamp from your existing sensor so you can rotate it 180* and reinstall it in that orientation, several members have indicated that works fine, hope that helps.
