85 with horn problem

85 with horn problem
My horn just quit working on my 85 and I cannot determine the problem. There is no power to the horn when the button is depressed and no clicking at the relay. There is no fuse in the fuse box labeled for the horn. Any ideas?

On my 86, the relay and fuse are behind the info center.
Here is the 86 electrical schematic, this should help you isolate if it's steering wheel switch or lack of 12 volts.
