DIST CAP Removal
ok, i am having sluggish issues with my 1990 VETTE i would like to start by putting a new cap and rotor in as a start.
That cap looks like it is very close to the windshield ? Is there any secrets to removing it ?

No secert just undo the 4 hold down bolts I use a 6 inch 1/4 extention. Depending on cap position you might have to turn dizzy and re- set timing but you should reset timing any way when you replace cap & rotor. Mark your wire locations so you get them back in the right spots.
