Need wiring Diagram
Hello,
Friends 1988 a/c not working not getting pwr to the clutch coil.
System is low on freon but i jumped the low pres. sw just to see if if it would come on.
Does anybody have the FSM dia. for this model.
It has an electronic type push button control head.

I recall from previous posts the clutch connector should be hot , key on.The control is to ground through the blower control module.
Check to see if you have 12V at the 2 wire connector on the compressor first

That seems to be the prob. no power to the connector. I will check that, but the blower is coming on with the key on!

Is A/c turned off?
Blower control module works both the fans and the clutch. Commonly goes bad allowing blower to run when key off because it has a direct feed from the battery.
The blower control module is operated by the head unit; for want of a better explaination , think of it as a electronic relay
