IAT Sensor replacement
I have an 86 a/t showing code 23. How hard to change th IAT sensor? Haynes manual just says unscrew. Looks hard to reach without taking things apart.. Any ideas??

On my 86, I had to remove the plenum to access the IAT sensor. So unless someone knows some magical way of changing it, looks like that's what you're facing.

You might want to test it before you attempt to pull the plenum.

could not open the file..test ? I thought showing code 23 is the test?? My wire was unplugged..mech hooked it up I thought I had it made, but we still get the SES lite on and jumping AB flashes 23..
