It looks somewhat like an aftermarket heat shield for the starter. Are there any numbers on the item or the packaging?

HEY! I'm shooting in the dark, here. Is it really polished? There would be no need for a starter heat shield to be polished, but it might just be shiny because it is new. Shiny or polished will reflect heat more efficiently. I have a new starter heat shield, buried somewhere in my garage. I thought that might be what it was. Certainly, even if they only charged $6.00 for a $36.00 item, it had to be on an invoice.
"I bought it at Summit, because it was an special offer 36 $ to 6 $. " What does the invoice call it?
