Performance Problem Question...
I had a curious problem last year... Every so often, after hard driving and shut down, once I restarted and drove normally, the car seemed to hang on 7 cylinders... Once I got on it even a little, the motor would jump right up to all 8 cylinders and run just fine... This only happened once a month or so for a total of 3 or 4 times all summer... Anyone know what this might be??
Initially, it seemed to me to be the fuel system for sure... I did buy a set of accel injectors but before I go toss them in, I want to be sure nothing else is required to run them in my car... It is an 89 6 Speed Ragtop bone stock right now... I have no problem dropping them on, just want to know if I can use the factory pump and regulator with these new injectors... Not looking for much more performance, just a smoother acceleration I guess would be the best way to put it... Car is almost fast enough for my needs...

Yes, good point but that is alreay on the before spring list... Gonna try the TPIS wire set... They look pretty good... Any input on that??
