simple green,

I just went back through my post looking for a link to something that explains they WHY, and I see I didn't put any in there. I only posted the how. If you do indeed have Bosch injectors, you might be SOL on the numbers you need and will just be stuck with the trial and error method. Personally, I would consider peddling them and grabbing a set that the data is available for...which is exactly the reason I chose the SD 63# injectors.

Get ready for more head spinning, because this is the required reading on the subject:
http://calibratedsuccess.com/Assets/...%20Article.pdf
http://www.teamzr1.com/ubbthreads/ub...at&Number=2794

Expect to read each of those more than once.

If you are referring to the "Injector Offset vs. Batter Voltage" table in TunerCat, then it is merely the number of microseconds the PCM thinks the injectors take to be fully open and close. More voltage means they operate faster. Obviously the only part of the curve that really matters when the car is running is 11.5-13v range.

many things will change at that large of a jump.. what is your base fuel pressure set at? the battery voltage tables may also play a part.. the higher the voltage the better injectors respond especially highZ units. may try changing this table some as well.
My battery voltage is pretty consistent at 14.0 "Injector offset Vs. Battery voltage" table is set at 214 for 14.0v. Do i just make small adjustments at the 14.0 column up or down to see if it makes a difference?

You then adjust your MAS (mass air flow tables) to adjust for incorrect BLM's.
What are the MAS tables called in TunerCATS?

Thanks

They should be listed as MAS tables under the table tab near the end.

I've got "MAF Sensor Calibration Table 1,2,3 and 4" but nothing that says "MAS" Is it the MAF tables you're talking about?

Yes MAF = "Mass air flow" sensor

I have a question about the MAF [referred to as MAS in this thread]- isn't adjusting the values in the tables as much of a hack as adjusting the injector constant when tuning BLMs? My novice understanding of those tables is that they are the calibration of the sensor; it's converts airflow to a frequency [remains constant]. So doesn't that also feed inaccurate information to the PCM? Is this just a means to an end that offers finer control over simply adjusting the injector constant?

Adjusting the injector constant will make global changes. Making adjustments to the MAF tables allows you to target a specific range.
