Default Snugging down toneau cover.

The toneau cover on my 96 does not shut tight and snug. After it is latched you can still move it up and down. The seam between the cover and quarter panel is not even as though it is not closed all the way. Can the latches be adjusted to that it closes tightly?

In case anyone needs to do this, I was able to align the toneau cover so it is tight. There are 3 torx head screws on each latch. I just loosened them slightly and move them to the lowest position they could go. This did the job. Now the top is tight and level with even seams.
