P-Side Window adjustment for 94 Convertible HELP!!!!!
I Just replaced the outer door weatherstrip as well as the inner door this weekend. PROBLEM: My p-side window was always close to rubbing the edge of the convertible top when the door was closing, but now it is hitting hard. Is there any adjustments that can be done to the window other than adjusting the felt anti-rattle padds??? I know for some cars there are adjustments to the door glass runs as well as the regulator assy. Does anyone know if that is possible???

The door glass is adjustable, but the door panel has to be removed. The front of the glass has a rubber snubber that stops against the "upper window stop" which is located inside the door frame. Your's may have gone out of adjustment or might be missing. The remainder of the window is adjusted to level with three nuts along the bottom edge of the window where it bolts into the track. There is also an upper stop for the entire window that also adjusted its lateral movement to some degree. It's a weird looking bracket thats bolted to both the inner metal shield (the one that holds the wiring and rods) and the actual door frame. It can't really be adjusted up or down, but it can be adjusted in/out. One of those should be your problem.
If you didn't remove the glass, I would suspect the latter bracket needs to be adjusted a bit. And of course there is always the felt rubbers at the top edge. They are adjustable in/out.

I just happened to be working on the same thing on my '94 coupe last night. A plastic guide is attached at the bottom edge of the glass near the front. This guide slides up and down on a bar that is mounted inside the door. The guide also bumps up against an L-shaped stop that is mounted on the door and adjusts the height of the window when it is all the way up. If you have the door panel off and look inside the door as you move the window up and down you should be able to see how to adjust things.
