Default cold start valve

If I have a chip to delete the cold start valve, do I need to remove the cold start valve? I have an 86 and am having some cold start problems but fine otherwise. Was thinking about getting my pcmforless chip reburned to delete the cold start valve.

No, just unplug the electrical connector, unless your CSV is a leaker.
There is a delete kit to plug the rail and intake port, if you choose to remove the CSV.
