everybody running an lt1 or lt4!
if your running a late model c4 with a lt1 or a 96 with a lt4 what is your fastest quartermile time? also what modifications have you dont to get there?

I have a stock motor except for Breathless intake, 160 thermostat, & Hypertech...
Also 3.73 rear, & a 2800 Vigilante converter, its run a best of 12.48 @ 109 mph..
we just installed 1.6 roller rockers, & the computer predicts I'll run 12.43 this weekend if the track is good (traction) & we have some good air..
I plan on going to a Hot Cam, & if the computer is correct I should be running 12.15 - 12.20 (that if all goes well) but lets not get ahead of ourselves.. the # you asked for what DID we run... 12.48 so far :)

13.5@102 bone stock, Auto, 3.07, with crappy yokohamas...
Now that I have added a K&N and cutouts, I think I might be able to hit in the high 12's.... I know, I know.... Those MODs aren't going to drop .5 off... But they did on my '94 Z28. Just hoping the Vette will respond as well.. :chevy

13.05 On my old bald and hard GSC's and a loose torque arm that allowed the shifter to move up and a good 3 inches at WOT.
That's an LT1 with the LT4 Hot Cam, Crane Gold 1.6 Roller rockers, Meziere electric water pump. At the time I made 313.3 hp & torque.
At the start of this season I have added hooker long tube headers, an x-pipe and flowmasters. I now dyno 336 hp and 345 torque. I should easily be into high 12 territory. With some sticky tires I might could get into the mid 12's.
A set of CNC'd heads are next on my list.

I had a 95LT1 M6 with the same mods as the GS except the heads and cam were allready done and it went 12.3@115. My GS times are in my sig below.
