I personally prefer the Taylor wires. They are made by the same company that makes the Vertex magneto. I used to run a Vertex in my pro street car with Tayor wires and if they can handle a Vertex they can handle most any other ignition system.
That said, there are a lot of other companies making wires that are just as good. Keep in mind, if you buy cheap, they won't last.

Had/have 'em both. Started out with the Taylor Spiro's and just moved up to the MSD Super Conductor 8.5's. Both are good options, I just needed to make a custom length set or I'd still have the Taylors installed.

I have the Taylor Spiro's on the car for the past 8 years and they have never given me 1 problem. If you call Taylor there customer relations guys will fix you up with just what you need. At the time I ordered them ,they didn't make a set in the color I wanted and they said no problem, we will make them for you at no extra charge. I have been using Taylor wires for over 20 years with never a problem. One other thing, they still fit in the wire looms, the larger diameter wires dont fit.
