A regulator wouldn't be a bad idea at all, but it will run if you just put the injectors in.
A word of warning, your in-dash fuel economy gauge won't work accurately with anything other than 22 lb/hr injectors.

what year Vette do you have? 85s came stock w/ 24 lb injectors.
Judging from what I've seen here, I would stay away from the Accels. Get some FMS (Ford Motorsports) injectors. Usually cheaper, better quality. :cheers:

I have an 89 and I put the Accels in a while back and they work great. I used 21lb injectors suggested by Rich at cruzinperformance.com

I installed 26 lb.er's. Did NOT put in an AFPR or pump. It ran rough, had new chip burned. So far they work fine. Just put 1000 miles on 'em yesterday. I thought 19lb came stock? Here's the chart that helped me:
