Looks like everyone is tired of the Red Line arguments, hence no responses. Choose something other than Redline for the ZF. The rear gear oil is fine to use.

You can search for redline and you'll get everything about it. Good and bad. Personally I would use the GM fluid for the Tranny, but you'll get a lot of contradicting arguments. The choice is yours, just don't tell anybody what you choose or you'll probably get flamed either way you go.
