Mock up of HSR

Overall Height of the HSR

First Problem, Throttle linkage hits the fuel rail elbow. This is not allow the TB to return all the way. I will have to grind down the inside of the cable guide to allow it to return all the way.

Xram compared to the HSR

HSR sitting in place to start figuring out all the small stuff
I already use the EBL/Flash so driving it with a tunable ecm won't be a problem.
I have a huge bunch of photos and everything thats going on with it at SV in the C4 tech section if you want to read about all the details.

I'm also pulling some other stuff off as well.. so its gonna be a long winter but well worth it in the spring!

JS292 on the crossfire forum did that for me. Get in touch with him and maybe he can hook you up....
The TB i'm using is a 90 version. So I do have to replace my throttle cable. Already found a used one I think
The TV cable also has to be replace because it isn't long enough, not a big deal. The CFI's cable goes from the left side of the tranny to the center of the intake, so it won't reach the TB. Short by about 8-10 inches.
Fuel lines aren't going to be a problem, just a little bit of re routing and making certain it can handle the extra psi to it. Remember the CFI works on 9-13 psi, the HSR is gonna be closer to 40-45 psi.
I took the used fuel injector connectors I got at the local junkyard and made my own harness. I left the pigtails quite long so I have plenty to work with when I make my final connection.

Since I am using a TB that has the coolant pass through it I had a minor problem. Its in the way of the upper heater hose connection as seen here.

To rectify this problem I cut the IAC housing down to this.
