I changed my clutch master cylinder and now my 94 will not start. Its not getting signal to the starter. I tried jumping across the clutch pedal safety switch, it still won't start. It will start and run if you turn the key on, push in the clutch and jump across the stater terminals with a screwdriver. I don't think it would do that if it were a VATS problem.
Any ideas????

Im not familar with the 94, but if it worked before you changed the cylinder, I would look around for a loose wire around where you were working. I dont think VATS

I have went back and looked, nothing obvious I could see. I also kind of moved everything around a little. We are talking computer, main harness through the firewall, plus the wires under the dash that got moved around while disconnecting the rod to the pedal. I guess I need to find a wiring diagram, or install a push button
There's a 5 amp in the fuse panel inside car (right side of dash) should be labeled crankP/N and/or clutch---this feeds the purple wire to the clutch start switch check this wire for power when in the start position. If you have no power, it wouldn't take much to pop that 5 amp fuse.
