cut lid?
I am a newbie and posted in the General Discusion on what would be my first mod on my 85 Vette and the reply was a K&N with a cut lid........now if someone can tell me please what is a *cut lid* :confused: thanx. :seeya

take your stock airbox cover off and cut a big hole in it so all of the filter is exposed, this maximizes the amt of air that can come in and uses the whole filter as opposed to just small sections of it
