I have the solid top on my 95 coupe. There is a rattle in the top that I can't seem to fix. I have tightened all of the exposed screws, but is there something else to look at?

I would take it off and all the trim that covers the mounting points on the car and roof and make sure they are tight. Avoiding pot holes and cobble stone streets helps a lot too..LOL

If the top is coming unglued. That could cause a rattle. Might want to check that out.

There is a hard rubber or plastic plug at each corner. I am very tempted to pull them out to see what is behind there, just worried that it won't help and that I might destroy the plug for nothing.
