There are idle rpm/temp tuning tables that will have to be changed with software. I use OBDI Lt1 edit software but I would expect OBDII to be the same.

I see, so I can't crack the throttle blades with the set screw and then adjust the TPS to .67 ohms and that will be it? It will still go back to the tables in the PCM?

AFAIK, there is a "command idle" if you will. It will try achieve this number where it can. It will vary the IAC, fuel and timing if it has to. What people have done is use the "hack process" where they push it so far out that the ECM cannot compensate
