Default U Joint Replacement Kit Options

1994 LT1/ZF6
106k miles

Hello all,
At 106k and seemingly original hardware I think it is time to replace all of them. I have a slight 'click' or groan from the rear of the car when accelerating from a stop, I haven't looked into it yet but worn u joints seem like a strong possibility.

I like the idea of a kit that includes all the u joints and bolts, rather than the hassle of piecing it together.

I know there is a lot of debate over grease zerk equipped vs sealed, but I think I have decided on sealed units for maintenance free ease. It is a streetcar that is essentially stock now.

Denny's Driveshafts seems to have a decent deal for a kit:

I ran a search on the forum but didn't really come across the info I was looking for. Can anyone suggest other options or is Denny's the way to go?

My plan is to replace in the next few months when I have it apart for rear gear upgrade.

Thanks,
John

I don't understand the "kit" part...........

You go and buy 6 u-joints and blue loctite.......Kit complete

It is a simple R&R procedure

Man, there are a lot of u-joint threads lately..... The kit you're looking at has the wrong bolt/strap kits included and sounds a little expensive. Try http://www.northerndrivetrain.com
