Where does one go to decipher codes? Haynes, Chilton, Service Manual?

I got a code P1416 today. (OBD II)

You need to replace your right side air injection check valve it's the black bell shaped valve mounted on the metal tube that goes from the right exhaust manifold to the back of the intake manifold, it's restricted.
