Default Plug Boots

I have a set of Exotic Muscle headers to install and was wondering which style (180, 135, 90) of plug boots will work best with them. I am gonna get some heat sleeves to go over them as well.

I've been running EM longtubes for a long time.....Stock plug wires will work just fine and so will aftermarket wires. Just ensure that your looms are good so that the wires are not touching the headers.

Thanks Mike, I am assuming OEM style are 90* wires. I will have looms too, cant stand wires just laying around the engine bay. Mine are presently tie wrapped together to what ever was close. The PO was a wonder in Corvette restoration.

With my TPIS long tubes, I used 90 deg. on all except one. The driver side rear most cylinder need a 135 deg and I put a heat boot on top of it since it was still practically touching the header tube.

Yeah Dogfish, I thank you for that. I have seen different combos of boots and that was mostly why I was asking. I guess I will start with 90* 'cause it looks they will work on most of them. At least the Taylor wires I am looking at have the option to buy one

Nice job Strick!

Boat Guy, thanks for your input! I am in the NOLA area often and have made friends with another Forum member in Mandeville, CajunC4. We should get together for a cup of coffee or brewskis sometime.
