Electromotive Opti Eliminator
Electromotive was working on a replacement for the Opti-Eliminator, as there were some problems reported with the original. Has anyone heard anything on this lately? I can't seem to find the website. Any other opti-alternatives?

Interesting... I'm a design engineer for a company that manufactures winches and hoists and we use electromotive variable frequency drives.

I emailed them. They are working on it, but said no ETA just yet. I told them to keep me posted, and I will definitely let you all know what I hear.

It was previously released, then pulled. The pickup had reliability problems (longevity related), and the system was not able to discern which stroke you were n out of the cycle (e.g. compression or power - it didn't sync up properly) - so when you fired up you had a 50/50 chance of being in phase.
Timing worked correctly, but fueling had the above issues.
Electromotive currently has a test unit on an impala, but I haven't heard any hard results back yet.
