91 Vette Cranks, Power To Coil, Wont Start!
This friends 91 has become a nightmare! Finally got it back home, and running good a few days ago after installing all new injectors, pressure reg, new coil, new modulator, new plugs, new wires, new fuel pump, new filter, the list goes on!
After a couple days, the car was getting harder to fire up, and now won't even fire. The pump pressurizes the system, the engines cranks, power is going to the coil, but no spark, and no evidence of fuel in cylinders.
Any ideas? Also no check engine light is on.
Tinkering with this nightmare, makes working on my 67 a dream!

No spark can be caused by no pulses from the distributor pickup coil, defective spark module, defective coil. Look at the rotor, there is a hemispherical depression at its center and a bad plug wire will cause the spark to jump through this depression until a carbon path forms and then that is the only place a spark will occur, never at a spark plug.

The ECM isn't getting a crank signal. Test the module, coil, and pickup. Your answer most likely lies within.
