I'm stupid too but I think you would want new heads first. The super ram is a better intake. More air to restricted heads would be a waste. IMHO

It is an after market intake manifold for the L98s.

They are designed by Lingenfelter, made by Accel, and cost you a foot and your left ball

Here are links:

for the upper intake and runners only:
http://secure.techservices.net/fwist...ID=40&CATID=11

for the intake manifold:
http://secure.techservices.net/fwist...nt=2&Pcount=22

to make affective use of the airflow capabilities, you will probably need a 52mm Throttle body:
http://secure.techservices.net/fwist...nt=9&Pcount=22

And yes, you should definetely get your heads worked over before you do any other kind of work. You know the saying:
"Speed costs money; how fast do you want to go?"

From what I've heard, they are a PITA to install. :smash: :smash:

Here is the SR on the engine installed. There are a few trick to installing them but they are not all that bad. I did it twice in about 2 weeks! Not something you really want to go out of your way to do. They pull like a mule compared to stock. Right now my torque converter is killing me for dead stop takeouts, but once you hit about 2300 RPMs, its rocket time! This is in conjuction with AFR heads and everything else in my sig. I actually got the SR off Ebay for 600 bucks! The manifold and everything else was bought from lingenfelter.
