Wiper Blades
My 88 vette's wipers won't work in any position but High. Also the washer won't come on when the switch is pushed. Sometimes the wipers won't even work in high, they just move about 3 inches then go to park and continue that motion till the switch is back in off. Any suggestions were to start.
