resetting codes on 1995
Hi.. I have read every post concerning recovery and reseting codes. They all say to retrieve them you short pins 4 and 12. Then to reset it you ground pin 12 and hit a series of buttons on the dash. I then found out that pin 4 is a ground. What gives? Anyone.
Also.... I dont quite understand the relation between the check engine light and the flashing SYS. The SYS flashed 100mi before the check engine light came on.

Same difference ; ground or pin 4.
Connecting between the two put it in diagnostic mod
SYS is CCM related
