Sticky Door Lock Door Panels

Sticky Door Lock Door Panels
1993 40th.
OK when I got the car, the passenger side door lock was sticky, Was never able to get door panel completely off, Took out all screws I could see and was able to get it loose enough and get some WD on the lock, Works great now.... Now driver side door doing same thing...
Am i missing something when trying to take the door panels off? They both need to be repalce as they are warped. They dont sit on the part closest to the window anymore, But cant seem to figure out how they just come off... Any help?
