Default DMF movement specs

I just got a used DMF. It has total rotation of about 3/4" pushing it as hard as possible by hand. It also has a very slight tic toc (rock back and forth but only about .003". Does this sound okay?

One more thing. My old DMF had machine grooves from the factory that started in the center and went outward toward the circumference in an angular pattern. The used one I got has radial grooves. Did any DMFs come with radial grooves from the factory or is this a sign that it was turned? I was told by the seller that it was not turned and it still has a little step down toward the hub similar to my old one with the different machine grooves.

Two of the MOST relevant threads on specs, slop, and swapping DMFs:

Here's my sentence in bold...."Does anyone put anything relevant in their profile?"
