On a steet driven engine with AFR 195's and 550is lift cam how many miles roughly should I get before springs replacement? I know it depends on how hard I push it but I'm just looking for an idea.

Thanks

Should last a long azz time. Lots depends on the profile of the cam. More aggressive=less life.

Yup. Cams with short duration, and large lift are tougher on springs. Lift is only a small factor overall.

Thanks for the info. Its a Lingenfelter 74211 cam. 211-216 duration at 50. I just didn't want to have to think about changing them out very often.

If you drove it 12,000 miles a year, and raced it every other weekend, I would think it would last at least 50,000 miles. Likely more.

How high do you rev your L98? - maybe 5,800 to 6,000 rpm, maybe less? I would expect nearer to 100,000 miles than not, that is not a super aggressive cam. All bets are off if you habitually over-rev the engine in wild burnouts. There are in-car valve spring pressure testing tools that you can use if you think it starts losing good valvetrain control.

Competitive racers change out springs all the time because for them the possible fraction of a benefit could make the difference in winning. Most recreational hot rodders would be hard pressed to notice much difference even when the springs are down 10-15%.
