Recently replaced fuel pump and filter, car ran perfect for a week. I hop in today, start her up and after 30 sec. the idle dips and almost stalls. It does it again and then the ses light comes on. Codes set were 22 and 33. The tps threw a code while I test drove it last month so I supposed that may be it. Pulled batt cable to clr codes, and tps plug. It did the same thing, (tps unplugged) ran really rough, had to gas it above 1500 rpm to keep running. It set same 22 and 33 codes. It finally did settle down to an idle but when revved up feels like it's missing. Does the fact that it threw 22 and 33 together mean anything to anyone? Thanks. (1986)

Reason: yr.
Unplugging the TPS does not rule out the TPS. It is one of the most important sensors, on the motor. It is a MUST to have a properly working unit.
Follow the flow chart for code 22, repair or replace, then see if the code 33, comes back.
Have you ever set the minimum idle and idle TPS voltage ?
No, I've only had the car a month. That said, the car was running perfect on thursday, went about 40 mi. round trip to get tires, no issues. I started it today, and problems. For the last month the car has ran very well, (avg. 19mpg) this issue came out of the blue.
